Returns & Exchanges
The following policies only apply to merchandise purchased directly from Uhan’s Department Store. We can only accept returns or exchanges purchased directly either from Uhan’s Department Store or our website uhansworkwear.com. If you have purchased an item from a different retailer or on a different website, you need to contact that retailer for their return policy. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by an online return form which can be downloaded and printed by clicking here.
If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will refund your items if the items are returned to us within 21 days of delivery date. The merchandise must be returned in new condition with all tags attached. If garments are covered with pet hair, we may charge a cleaning fee before processing any refund. Refunds will not be granted for used items. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees and may wish to consider using a track able shipping service or insuring the package, as Uhan’s Department Store is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Refunds for returned goods will be processed within 10 days of receipt of the package.
A Return Authorization is required for orders that exceed $500 and are subject to higher restocking fees. All other orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Item’s purchased at uhansworkwear.com may also be returned to our physical location at 1475 Baldwin Ave., Pontiac, MI 48340. Any items returned to our physical location must be accompanied by a receipt specifying form of payment in order to process any refunds. All refunds will only be issued to the source of payment (ie. No cash will be issued for credit card purchases). If no receipt is provided, only store credit may be issued.
Holiday Returns & Exchanges
Uhan’s Department Store will accept exchanges up to 60 days from the date of purchase. All items must be clean and in brand-new condition, with all tags on the garments. If garments are covered with pet hair, we may impose a cleaning fee before processing any exchanges. Exchanges will be issued as store credit which may be used toward any merchandise offered on our website or in our physical location. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees and may wish to consider using a track able shipping service or insuring the package, as Uhan’s Department Store is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
We do not charge restocking fees for exchanged garments, however, the return package MUST include a legible copy of our return form with the desired exchanges clearly written on the form.
Exchanges may also be made directly at our physical location at 1475 Baldwin Ave., Pontiac, MI 48340. Any exchanges made in store must also come with a receipt/proof of purchase and all garments must be in brand-new condition, with all tags on the garments.
We can only accept defective merchandise purchased directly from Uhan’s Department Store. The only way to purchase from Uhan’s Department Store is from our website uhansworkwear.com or from our physical location.
If an item is determined to not be defective and damage is a result of customer negligence/normal wear and tear, the garment may be returned to the customer, however, the customer will assume responsibility for all shipping costs.
During the year, different orders qualify for free shipping. If you return a product that was purchased under a free shipping promotion, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return. Unless otherwise specified, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. All returns or exchanges should be shipped directly to:
